The choir rehearsals are on Thursdays from 7 pm to 9.15 pm as noted on the calendar available on the website. The rehearsal Venue is St Cuthbert’s Church, 50 Philbeach Gardens, Kensington, London SW5 9EB. The Nearest tube station is Earls Court.
Each rehearsal starts with a warm-up and vocal exercises, after which we learn new pieces and practise songs from our existing repertoire. Most rehearsals are accompanied by the piano, however we occasionally have ‘a cappella’ rehearsals depending on the programme.
New members from any background are always welcome, moreover, they don’t have to read music to join us. There is no annual subscription fee for new members and everyone is welcome to attend our initial auditions and subsequently join the choir and start participating in rehearsals.
